Im pretty sure Megaton settlers respawn (except the named ones) if you kill them, but you can clear Tenpenny tower and have the entire tower for yourself if you choose. SO if your wondering which player home to take just take Megaton good or evil its better in all fronts. The tower is situated in the middle of Butt-♥♥♥♥ nowhere. Tenpenny towers "armory" is just a locker T_T The house you get is flippin small in comparison to megatons house. You can't sell your scrap to anyone in that tower. That ♥♥♥♥ING MUSIC that plays on a loop over and over and over HOLY ♥♥♥♥ its enough to drive a guy insane! and you can't even turn it off. The people in the tower are a bunch of stuck up snooty rich folk Megaton is almost in the center of the map with adventure in every direction If your going for an evil playthrough killing everyone and stealing everything that isn't nailed down gives you more evil charma then just blowing it up (cool as it may be)
If you can keep yourself from killing them anyways. And incidentally every one else that doesn't matter. The town can be 'yours' technically if you kill moriarty and the sheriff.
